What is the difference between "Standard Cookies" and "Custom Cookies"?
- Standard cookies contain random generic messages that cannot be chosen. You have the option to choose various chocolate dipping and/or sprinkles to suit an occassion you’re celebrating.
- Custom cookies contain your own created messages. Currently these cookies are only available plain with no chocolate dipping and/or sprinkles available.
Do you have a minimum order quantity for standard cookies?
There is a minimum order quantity of 30 pieces.
What is the shelf life of the cookies? How should the cookies be stored?
Standard cookies are hand dipped and packed close to your delivery date. As they have a high chance of softening in our humid weather, please store them in a cool, dry room and consume within a week.
What messages are included in the standard cookies?
Standard cookies contain a slip with a generic fortune message on one side, and 4 digit numbers on the other. Texts and numbers are in red.
What packaging options are available?
- If you don’t need the cookies individually packaged, they will be all be stored in a single resealable bag.
- If you need the cookies individually packaged, they will be heat-sealed packed in a clear wrapper. You have to option to top up for gift boxes in our catalog or source for your own.
Do you provide custom cookie packaging?
We do not provide custom wrappers for standard cookies. Cookies that need to be individually packed will be packed in a transparent wrapper. You can choose to print stickers from your vendors and stick on the wrappers.
What is the lead time needed?
Depending on your order quantity and specifications, lead time starts from 1 week. Please contact us if you have an urgent order.
How do I order?
If you find something you like available on our site, proceed to checkout and we will contact you with payment details and the expected lead time. Your order will only be confirmed after payment is received.
Am I able to request for a design not listed on your site?
Yes! Please contact us using our contact form and let us know what you’re looking for and we can discuss design details.

Yes, there is a minimum order quantity of 500 pieces.
What is the shelf life of the cookies?
The custom cookies are made to order, and have a shelf life of 6 months.
What messages are included in the personalized cookies?
All messages are created by you. You can choose up to 60 messages, printed either on one side or both sides of the paper message slip. Messages will be printed in black food-grade ink. Your messages can have up to ~20 words and small logos are acceptable as well.
Am I able to request for chocolate dipping, sprinkles or other colours for the personalized cookies?
That is not available at the moment, all custom cookies will come plain.
Are cookies halal certified?
Yes, custom cookies are halal certified.
What packaging options are available?
All personalized cookies will be individually packaged. You can choose from the default transparent wrapper or gold foil wrapper. There is no difference in price for these options.
For orders above 8,000 pieces, you have an option to top up a fee for your own custom designed wrappers. Wrapper design will come from you and we do not provide design services.
Can I design my own cookie wrappers?
Yes! For orders above 8,000 pieces, you have an option to top up a fee for your own custom designed wrappers. Your design will be printed directly on the cookie wrappers. Design will come from you and we do not provide design services. Please provide your design information when contacting us for a quote.
Alternatively, you can opt for the default transparent or gold foil wrapper and print your own stickers from an external vendor. We do not provide sticker printing services.
What is the lead time?
Depending on your order quantity and specifications, lead time is typically about 2-4 weeks upon confirmation of all messages. During seasonal peak periods, please expect a longer lead time.
Do you deliver?
Yes, all personalized orders will include delivery to one local address of your choice.
Do note that delivery is not applicable for Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island and restricted areas.

How do I order?

General FAQs
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently only accept payments via PayNow or Bank Transfer. Full payment is required upfront for all custom orders.
Are your products halal certified?
Yes, all fortune cookies are halal certified.
However, standard cookies are hand-dipped in chocolate and while ingredients do not contain pork or gelatin, they are not halal certified.
What are your delivery or pick-up options?
For custom cookies: Due to the relatively larger volumes expected, self pick-up will not be available. Your order will be shipped directly to your preferred location. Do note that delivery is not applicable for Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island and restricted areas.
For standard cookies: Free self-pick up is available @ Queenstown. You also have the option to arrange for your own courier service (e.g. GrabExpress, Lalamove).

What is the exchange or return policy?
Unfortunately due to the customized nature of the product, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges or returns once your order is confirmed.
